Celebrating Dr. Seuss

*I meant to post this a week ago, but life happens quickly with 5.5 kids.  So here we are a week late.*

We have always enjoyed celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday.  We read a lot of Dr. Seuss stories through out the day. 

We kept dinner pretty low key with the standard: Green Eggs and Ham.  I added the Cat in the Hat parfait for dessert.

The kids really loved the whole meal, but I had trouble getting past the color!
